Term and Condition

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Pro Cab Transport. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Summary of Terms Used

These Conditions – any standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Passenger and the Provider.
The Passenger – the person making the booking and any other person on whose behalf a booking was made. By travelling in the vehicle each passenger is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Provider –Pro Cab Transport
The Contract – the contract for the provision of minicab services as defined in section 1.1

The Transportation Service – the minicab service to be supplied by The Provider in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  1. 1.1 A booking constitutes an offer by you to purchase The Transportation Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and an acceptance by us to provide The Transportation Service. A booking will only be deemed to have been accepted and hence a Contract entered into when we confirm the booking by email, or when the journey commences, whichever occurs first. At this point a Contract has been entered into between Pro Cab Transport and the Passenger for the booking and the provision of the Transportation Service.
    1.2 We are under no obligation to accept a booking, and a booking may be declined for any reason.
    1.3 Once a booking has been acceptedPro Cab Transport will be responsible for the provision of the Transportation Service.
    1.4 By requesting a reservation on the Provider’s website (https://procabtransport.com/), by telephone, by email or by any other means the Passenger accepts these terms and conditions.
    1.5 Pro Cab Transport reserves the right to use the services of other Licenced Minicab Companies (herein known as third parties) to provide the Transportation Service to Passengers. In this instance the provision of the Transportation Service will remain the responsibility ofPro Cab Transport to the extent permitted by law.
    1.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

  2. Quotations and Rates

    2.1 Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by the Provider in relation to the Transportation Service are subject to alteration without notice, and do not constitute offers to sell the service, which are capable of acceptance. No contract for the offer of service shall be binding on the Provider unless the Provider has accepted a reservation placed by the Passenger.
    2.2 Any typographical, clerical or other errors in quotations, price lists or any other literature shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Provider
    2.3 Where the Provider has quoted a price for Service other than the price in the Provider’s published price list the price quoted shall be valid for 24 hours, or such other time as specified by the Provider.
    2.4 The Provider reserves the right, by giving notice to The Passenger at any time before delivery including after a booking has been accepted, to amend the price of the Transportation Service, or the Transportation Service itself to reflect any increase in the cost to the Provider, such as but without limitation, changes to law, taxation and regulation.
    2.5 The Provider reserves the right, by giving notice to The Passenger at any time before delivery including after a booking has been accepted, to cancel the Transportation Service or to amend the price of the Transportation Service to reflect any increase in the cost to the Provider, such as but without limitation in change in delivery dates, failure of Passenger to give adequate information

  3. General Terms of Carriage

    3.1 It is the responsibility of the Passenger to ensure that they have allowed adequate time for their journey. Any recommendations or suggestions made by the Provider or their staff will not be result in any liability.
    3.2 Fares quoted are for the exact journey specified by the Passenger, any additional diversions, setdowns or pickups by the passenger will incur a minimum charge of £6 per diversion.
    3.4 The Provider cannot be held responsible for any late arrival to an address, airport, cruise port or other destination. We cannot accept responsibility for any missed flight, ships or trains.
    3.5 The Provider is under no liability to the Passenger whatsoever for any indirect loss and/or expense (including but not exclusive to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of customers or contracts) suffered by the Passenger arising as a result of a breach by the Provider of these Terms and Conditions, whether or not such loss was foreseeable and whether the possibility of such loss was advised of.
    3.6 In the event of any claim againstPro Cab Transport arising from the performance of the Transportation Service, thePro Cab Transport’s liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the total cost of the specific Transportation Service. Any other payments will be entirely at the discretion ofPro Cab Transport.
    3.7 The Provider reserves the right to refuse any Passenger to make a journey if the passenger has excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe.
    3.8 The number of persons and quantity of luggage must be specified at the time of booking. The Provider reserves the right to increase the fare if the number of passengers or amount of luggage would result in a larger vehicle being required.
    3.9 The Provider will not carry any of the following, and reserves the right to add to this list at any time:

      Explosives, firearms , flammables, etc
      Fragile, breakable or temperature sensitive items
      Cash, securities and negotiable papers
      Hazardous items
      Alcoholic beverages or anything containing alcohol
      Illegal narcotics / drugs


    3.10 Where an unaccompanied luggage is transported the Provider will try its best to deliver the luggage to the destination specified by the Passenger. Where this is not possible, or where the driver cannot obtain a signature for delivery the driver may return the luggage to head office where storage and additional delivery costs may be incurred
    3.11 The Provider reserves the right to refuse to carry any Passenger who behaves in a disorderly, threatening or abusive manner
    3.12 The Provider does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to luggage. Passengers are responsible at all times for their own luggage. Drivers may, at their discretion, assist with loading and unloading luggage but this is solely at the Passengers risk.
    3.13 The Provider will endeavour to provide a vehicle of the type requested by the passenger or other suitable vehicle. Where this is not possible the Provider reserves the right to use the services of other Licenced Minicab Companies (herein known as third parties) to provide the Transportation Service to Passengers.

  4. Waiting Times and Additional Charges

    4.1 Waiting time for all meets apart from airport pickups will be free for the first 15 minutes. Thereafter waiting will be charged at a rate of £6 per 15 minutes. For airport pickups the first 1 hours waiting time after your selected pickup time will be free of charge. Thereafter waiting time will be charge at £6 per 15 minutes. Flight delays will not incur waiting time charges, we will track your flight and update your pickup time according to the flight landing time.
    4.2 Journeys which pass the through the London Congestion Zone and are not travelling directly to one of the following airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton or London City Airport) will incur a surcharge of £18 on top of the fares displayed on our website. This will be included in any quotation received directly from the Provider by email or telephone.
    4.3 Reservations made on the following dates will be subject to a surcharge of 50% on published prices 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January
    4.4 The Passenger will be charged a valeting fee of £60 for any damage to the vehicle including but not limited to vomiting, spilling liquid or food in the vehicle.

  5. Cancellations

    5.1 Pro Cab Transport is contracted for the provisions of the Transportation Service and all cancellations must be made directly withPro Cab Transport.
    5.2 Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey time must be cancelled by phone by calling +447404278870.
    5.3 For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the journey time a full refund will be issued.
    5.4 Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the journey time a cancellation charge of 100% of the full fare will be levied.
    5.5 Any claim for a refund must be made within 1 week of the journey date. A claim will be deemed to have been made when you cancel your reservation.
    5.6 If the Passenger does not show up for the Transportation Service the booking will be treated as a “no-show” and 100% of the fare will be charged
    5.7 If you cannot locate your driver and seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting the Provider to try and resolve the situation you will be charged the full fare for the booking.

  6. Payments

    6.1 Pro Cab Transport accept payments by most major debit/credit cards or by PayPal.
    6.2 If payment in cash has been pre-authorised byPro Cab Transport, payment must be made to your driver who will collect payment on behalf of Pro Cab Transport.
